Have you also found the file skiko-windows-x64.dll and thought it looked suspicious for some reason?
I did some digging and the word Skiko is actually short for short for Skia for Kotlin.
Skia is used in the programming language called Kotlin, it’s developed by JetBrains.
Skia is an open-source 2D graphics library that provides user-friendly APIs that work across a variety of hardware and software platforms.
It’s managed and sponsored by Google. You can red more about it at the Official Skia website.
Just because the file got the same name as a safe and legitimate file doesn’t mean it’s safe.
Malware is often named after such files. So you might as well scan it, use the free service below.

VirusTotal
This amazing free online tool is one I often use when I’m unsure if a file is safe or not.
VirusTotal will use around ~70 different antivirus and malware scanners to check the file you provide it with.
You can also see if people before you have scanned the same file, there’s also a tab were people sometimes post comments and opinions about the file.

Be aware that some of these scanners that VirusTotal use might show a false positive results.
It’s actually pretty common to get false positives.
But as long as it’s just 1-2 of all scanners and not 20 showing the scan as malicious, I’d say you’ll most likely safe. Some scanner use AI technology that might flag the file as false positive.
It depends on the file of course, if you cant find any info about it in Google for example, then I wouldn’t touch it if I were you.
